Job Description

bitFlyer is undertaking a major renewal of its Web frontend UI/UX and urgently needs to establish a stable development structure for future scalability and improvements. To distribute the workload among existing team members and continuously strengthen our development capabilities, we are seeking a frontend engineer who will become a key member of the next generation of our team.

■Main Responsibilities - Design and develop new Web frontend UI using modern frameworks such as React or Vue - Participate in UI/UX renewal projects for existing services - Propose and implement improvements to enhance code quality and maintainability - Collaborate with business teams and designers on requirements definition and specifications - Design, implement, and operate with long-term maintainability in mind

Scope of Work: Subject to reassignment to any and all duties

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of frontend development experience with modern frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular
• Development experience using JavaScript (ES6+) or TypeScript
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX design and implementation
• Experience coordinating requirements with business teams and design departments

Nice-to-have Skills

• Practical experience with Agile or Scrum development
• Experience with Server-Side Rendering (SSR) using Next.js or Nuxt.js
• Experience with large-scale refactoring or modernizing legacy code
• Experience developing and operating Web frontends for in-house services with a large user base
• Interest or knowledge in crypto assets and blockchain technology

Expected Annual Salary

8,000,000 - 13,000,000 yen - Monthly salary = Annual salary ÷ 12 - Breakdown of monthly salary: -- Fixed overtime pay: Equivalent to 45 hours/month = hourly wage + 25% × 45 hours -- Base salary = Monthly salary – Fixed overtime pay - Additional legal overtime, night, and holiday work exceeding 45 hours/month will be compensated separately - Various allowances (commuting, remote work, etc.) provided separately - Performance-based bonus available in addition
