Job Responsibility

bitFlyer is advancing company-wide IT infrastructure development and unifying global standards. Optimizing and ensuring the stable operation of a cloud environment—primarily SaaS—has become a critical issue. We are seeking a manager who can lead cloud governance enhancement and the advancement of our IT environment.

■Main Responsibilities - Oversee the operation and management of cloud environments, primarily SaaS, used company-wide - Plan and promote measures to improve vendor management efficiency and quality - Plan, define requirements, implement, and establish operational workflows for cloud-related projects - Build mechanisms and improve operations for handling user inquiries - Conduct root cause analysis, implement recurrence prevention measures, and create incident reports - Collaborate with group companies, including overseas offices, and establish global standards - Plan and maintain corporate IT infrastructure - Develop team members, manage tasks, and conduct performance evaluations

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in IT system implementation, design, and construction (including cloud environments)
• 3+ years of experience in IdP (Identity Provider) management and operations
• 3+ years of experience managing devices with Microsoft Endpoint Manager or Jamf Pro
• Experience introducing or replacing SaaS applications for company-wide deployment
• Proven leadership experience in guiding and coordinating a team
  • Japanese language proficiency at a daily conversational level or higher (for internal coordination and documentation)

Nice-to-have Skills

• Experience automating tasks using scripts or tools
• Operational experience with Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
• Business-level English proficiency (for collaboration with overseas offices)
• Leadership experience in global IT infrastructure implementation and operations projects
• Project management experience including resource allocation and budget management

Technical Stack and Development Environment

7,500,000 - 13,000,000 yen - Monthly salary = Annual salary ÷ 12 - Breakdown of monthly salary: -- Fixed overtime pay: Equivalent to 45 hours/month = hourly wage + 25% × 45 hours -- Base salary = Monthly salary – Fixed overtime pay - Additional legal overtime, night, and holiday work exceeding 45 hours/month will be compensated separately - Various allowances (commuting, remote work, etc.) provided separately - Performance-based bonus available in addition
