Job Responsibility

• Reviewing and proposing improvements to specifications in the upstream development process
• Comprehensive QA tasks from test planning, design, execution, to reporting (including quality analysis)
• Creating and maintaining product test design documents
• Proposing improvements to the development process

Required Skills

• Over 1 year of experience in QA tasks
• Experience in testing web and mobile applications
• QA experience in agile development
• Business-level Japanese proficiency

Nice-to-have Skills

• Experience in software development
• Experience in the cryptocurrency or financial industry
• Experience in managing QA test execution (management of 3-4 members)
• Experience in improving business processes
• Business-level English proficiency

Compensation

4,000,000 - 6,000,000 yen - Monthly salary = Annual salary ÷ 12 - Breakdown of monthly salary: -- Fixed overtime pay: Equivalent to 45 hours/month = hourly wage + 25% × 45 hours -- Base salary = Monthly salary – Fixed overtime pay - Additional legal overtime, night, and holiday work exceeding 45 hours/month will be compensated separately - Various allowances (commuting, remote work, etc.) provided separately - Performance-based bonus available in addition
