Job Responsibility

Our company operates various service platforms for cryptocurrencies (virtual currencies), including a cryptocurrency exchange. Within the Cybersecurity Department, we are responsible for security measures from a technical standpoint for our production environment, corporate environment, and against financial crimes. For this position, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• White-box vulnerability assessments for web applications
• Design review from a security perspective and security improvement consulting
• Promoting secure-by-design principles
• Driving shift-left initiatives

Required Skills

• Knowledge of common vulnerability types in web applications (e.g., SQL Injection, Cross-Site Scripting)
• Experience in white-box vulnerability assessments
• Experience using or reading object-oriented programming languages
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese

Nice-to-have Skills

• Knowledge of various web frameworks such as ASP.NET Web Forms, .NET Core, etc.
• Strong communication skills to facilitate smooth collaboration with external organizations
• Work experience in cybersecurity at a financial institution
• Experience participating in security camps, security-related study sessions, or CTF (Capture The Flag) events
• Experience reporting vulnerability information to organizations such as IPA or CISA

Compensation

8,000,000 – 13,000,000 yen - Monthly salary = Annual salary ÷ 12 - Breakdown of monthly salary: -- Fixed overtime pay: Equivalent to 45 hours/month = hourly wage + 25% × 45 hours -- Base salary = Monthly salary – Fixed overtime pay - Additional legal overtime, night, and holiday work exceeding 45 hours/month will be compensated separately - Various allowances (commuting, remote work, etc.) provided separately - Performance-based bonus available in addition
