First, select the cryptocurrency you want to send from the "Transfers" menu. Then select "Send" and click "Register Address."

An email about registering an external address will be sent to your registered email address. Use the link in the email to register the external address.
When registering an address, please also register the "Destination Tag" for XRP, the "Message" for XEM or XYM, or the "Memo" for XLM.

Once registration is complete, select "Send" for the cryptocurrency you want to send from the "Transfers" menu. You can then send it to the external address you registered.

Enter the amount you want to send in "Amount to Send," then click the "Send" button. Please note that this operation cannot be canceled.
Important Notes
* Transfers are processed once bitFlyer has completed its review.
* If you send crypto to the wrong external address, it cannot be recovered. Ensure that the destination is correct before sending.
* If you send XRP without the "Destination Tag," XEM or XYM without the "Message," or XLM without the "Memo," or if the information entered is incorrect, the funds may not be credited at the destination. In that case, please contact the recipient.
* If you are an individual customer and deposit Japanese yen within 90 days of completing identity verification, a 48-hour "Cooldown period" applies after the deposit to help prevent fraud and illicit transfers of funds. During this period, certain restrictions apply when sending crypto to external addresses.
